I found Pueblo Appliance Repair through a quick online search for oven repair Santa Rosa. Must say, what a surprise! My Thermador oven was acting up, not holding temp. Guess it picked the worst time, right? Called these folks up, and they were totally on it.
The tech showed up on time, super friendly—a bit laid back, but in a good way, ya know? Knew the Thermador like the back of his hand. Didn't jump straight to replacing parts, which was kinda refreshing. He explained what he was seeing, a few things he might try. Felt like a collaboration more than a lecture.
Got things moving real quick and voila, back to cooking at the right temp. Barely took up my afternoon, which I appreciated. And they didn’t hit me with some crazy bill either. Solid experience overall.
